Great all-purpose knifeMaryThis knife is the perfect size for peeling and slicing fruits, cutting vegetables, and prep tasks. It is small but not too small. The handle fits well in my hand - I have smaller hands so a chef's knife sometimes feels unwieldy when I try cut smaller things and a paring knife feels too small. The fact that it is all one piece and stainless steel makes it easy to clean.
