Don't be deceived by appearance these crack/chip easily.RajI have purchased two of these and both times they have chipped or cracked when emerged in hot water. I never had a problem with any of their other cups like the clear ones. I don't recommend these at all whatever they are made out of it is no good. 1

Drinks get cold too fastAveryI love the simplistic style of these mugs but being winder than a normal mug I am shocked how fast coffee goes cold. Within 15 mins coffee is cold (not warm!). We need to keep microwaving our coffee to finish it which is less than ideal. I with they sold a cover for these mugs.4

Just what I've been looking for. Holds a little more than most cups, fits in my cupwarmer, and the cup is porcelain, not ceramic, which helps the flavour of my tea.
