Why didn’t i buy this sooner MonaThis is one of those things you think you can do without but changes your cooking game when you buy one. I had bought one from amazon but this one is even better because it slices onions so thin, which is what i need. I only recently bought it so i hope it lasts long. Most mandolins get loose with use and become inconvenient to use. I use cut safe gloves instead of the guard it comes with.

Super smoothSwetaI wish I would have bought it earlier. Veggies glides flawlessly and effortlessly. 3 size adjustments provides considerable thickness difference. All of above, you can even level the blade to zero to prevent the edge from getting damaged or finger cut.
