Handy tool in the kitchen CatherineGreat tool to have in the kitchen! Perfect for cheese.
2 way grater is not a great idea.AraBought it thinking that the 2 way grater will be way more convenient and quick. Not really happy. 2 way grater actually makes it a bit more risky to use despite the usage of safety gloves while grating. I wouldn't recommend use it for grating garlic / ginger or such stuff. May be more useful and safe for grating cheese etc.
I think it's grate!MarkI always worry buying these that the washing of these is a nightmare but it's actually super easy to clean. Also it shreds the good size of cheese
