Simple and sustainableJarod S.I think these coasters are great value, very lightweight cork with a small lip. The smaller size stacks nicely into the larger size coaster as well.5

Like the size & shape of these coastersKatherineI really like that these have the high ridge and are a cork material, usually when you have a cold drink with ice, the glass sweats, this is perfect for these. Hoping I can get more of these coasters.5

What is cork?

Cork comes from cork oak bark which is carefully cut from the tree’s trunk. It then takes about nine years until the tree forms new bark that can be harvested. Since a cork oak can live to be aged 150-200, each one produces a lot of cork during its lifetime. Cork has several good qualities as a material: it’s lightweight, flexible, waterproof and naturally resists fire. The cork we use in furniture and accessories is made from cork waste that’s compressed into larger pieces.
