Slow flow rateJessicaLove the design of this and really wanted to love it, but the flow is way too slow. Takes a whole minute to dispense a cup. It's two small trickles swirling into one equally slow trickle. Sadly, I'll be returning this. 2

Lid grows moldMichelleThis is a great water dispenser...perfect size for what I was looking for and nice looking. Unfortunately, I can only give it 2 stars because as many other reviewers mentioned the lid grows mold rather quickly. As a fix, I tried to keep the lid ajar like another reviewer did but the lid still grew mold very quickly. I am wondering if IKEA has come out with an alternative lid or solution? I do want to keep using this dispenser as it is the perfect shape and size and I like that it is glass with a metal (not plastic) spout. As it currently is I would not recommend buying this product as this type of mold is not unhealthy for human consumption.2
