Instruction needs to be organized & Black plastic parts did not click into black screw partsEmikoIt looks good after assembly, but the instruction was not smart.
Boards could be warped if you follow the instruction because boards should be flat first to screw.If you screw only one ends first, the other ends screws won't fit straight into the holes.
Make sure to read ahead and think about the purpose on each steps if you are buying this product.
Also the black plastic screw parts to hold the black plastic plates on the door are not secured because the black pin parts which go in the black plastic screws did not fit in. We even sused a hammer but gave up as the plastic parts are too fragile.
Also in the middle of the instruction, the instruction decided to forgot about color code the plastic screws.(It was color coded in the beginning...)so this was confusing.
Also the top drawers did not fit properly. Then the next page tells that we could adjust it.
Finally, the door does not need to be hold by a woman.Women also did build this without a help from a man too!
Classic elegant dining-room sideboardCelinaElegant, sturdy and classy at a reasonable price. Graphic instructions could be a little more clear, but in 3 hours 1 person could assemble it. All parts fit perfectly well.
Great sideboard but poor material ZhengyuGood look and good design. Been liking every piece from Idanas line. However, for this sideboard, during first couple steps of the assembly, due to I didn’t really notice the details about the front and back side on the instruction, the left side didn’t go all the way with the knob, and just a wear out all the way and won’t carry its own weight. Dunno if it’s a problem of instruction or the material or a problem of me. But be aware during the first couple steps of the assembly, pay attention to the direction!!

Assembly challengeDeborahThis sideboard was really a challenge to assemble. This coming from someone who has a houseful of ikea furniture. This was the toughest piece I ever assembled. Also, I find it odd that the brown colour is so much more expensive than the white. A few dollars, sure. But a hundred?!! Why?!! All that said, I do like the finished product. I hope ikea soon makes the glass tops to fit this.
