Love the look!SusinI bought this to protect the top of my Hemnes dresser. It’s a fantastic deal, the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 star is due to the predrilled holes in it. I assume u can use them to screw the glass top to the dresser, but I really don’t feel that’s necessary & don’t like the idea of putting holes in the dresser. I just arranged my items so they covered the holes. Problem solved!4

I love the way it has clips at the back to keep the shelf in place. Lovely item. It would be good if it was sold with the chest of drawers though.

What is glass?

Glass is mainly made of sand, soda and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
