Used to be betterAnonymous reviewerI bought one of these a few years back and loved it, seemed like a good quality item, nicely textured to make it look more real, and looks nice in my entryway. Bought another this year to put in the bedroom and it is made of the ugliest fake veneer I've seen in a long time. Very plasticky, oddly smooth, with ugly edges. Glad it's going in the bedroom instead of somewhere visible in my home, but I might have to paint it first.
You will need the right toolPiyaphongScrewing in the pegs can be a bit tricky if you happen to use a screwdriver that’s slightly too big or small. But, the design is really simple and looks good. I just wish it came in different wood finishes or a darker wood tone.

I like that 6 screws are provided to keep each of the studs firmly attached. Depending on the type of wall, you need to supply your own 2 screws to hang HOVOLM on the wall.
We made a DIY adjustment to the product. To hang it, we measured the distance between the center of two beams behind the wall, and had to drill an extra hole into the HOVOLM, so it hangs firmly on the beams.
Great product for someone who is comfortable using a drill.

Great for smaller things. T shirt, thinner strap purse. Knob on end is small so easier for things to slip off. Love to solid oak. Perfect for decor I was looking for.
