parts missingChristineordered and had it delivered due to size. One of the back pieces was missing. My first chat promised a $50 gift card and they would try to send the part. Clearly, the whole bookcase could not just be brought back to the store. I rechecked via chat and was told soon and I was not getting a gift card. A week later, I still don't have the part or a gift card and no communication. Response was unacceptable.2
SatisfiedDaleInstruction book failed to show the wooden parts for the 2 bookcases. This would have saved time in assembly. The way the overall units are assembled is quite clever, as is the packaging. Had difficulty trying to get the side units to butt up to the centre unit. One side is perfect. The other not so much.4
