The majority of sinks on the market have an inset area for the basket strainer (drain assembly), this one does not and as a result, there is Always water sitting around the lip of the strainer. Quite annoying. I expected a little more from the design team at IKEA.1

I love this sink, it's perfect for a smaller island bench, is different from the normal stainless steel or black sinks and is perfect for my kitchen. It's big enough to wash trays and bigger fry pans.
