      Casters don't rollPamUsually Ikea design is great but did the lawyers get into the act with the chair's casters? The casters refuse to roll and the chair is next to impossible to move on a carpet. Better luck next time, lawyers. Fix those safety locks. The rest of the chair is great but until this feature is changed, the chair itself is useless.1
      It's a fine, chair, but I don't like it personallyOliviaThe chair has a lot of great features which I love, all the reasons why I bought the chair, but I was a bit disappointed after assembling mine. It's a very heavy chair and with the safety casters it is very difficult to move if I'm not sitting in the chair. The biggest thing I was looking for in a chair was adjustable lumbar support, but I feel that this is not a strong point for this chair. I feel like the lumbar support applies a lot of pressure in a small area when I lean back in the chair. I tried lowering it to see if it was just too high for me, but I cannot move it low enough to be sure. Other than those two things, I feel the chair is okay. It's just a bit stiff. Some people might prefer that, but I don't.4
