Product details

A low, easy-care pillow with a soft dobby woven cotton fabric, filled with hollow fibers from recycled sources.

The firm inner core is surrounded by a soft fluffy filling. This means you get a soft pillow that also gives good support and relieves pressure on your neck and shoulders, helping you to relax.

Double piping creates larger pockets for the filling to move around in. This increases the fullness and support of the pillow.

You get a dry and comfortable sleeping environment since the cotton fabric breathes well, which helps air to circulate and moisture to evaporate.

Choose this pillow if you are a stomach sleeper and need a lower pillow that aligns your head and spine.

The pillow is sold in a cotton drawstring bag so you can roll it up and pack it away when not in use. You can also use the bag as a laundry tote or for storing other personal belongings.

The pillow is machine-washable at 140°F (Hot), a temperature that kills dust mites.

FlatGabrielaI purchased this pillow for my son who is attending University. We spent a long time picking out the one he wanted and it felt great on the display. When we opened it up it was flat and lumpy! I told him to give it a few hours for it to fill out as it had been compressed in the packaging. It’s been a week and he said it’s the flattest pillow he’s ever used and it hasn’t fluffed up at all. I should have spent the $10 on a Serta Firm Walmart pillow as that’s what he has at home and has lasted years! Much better quality than this one. Very disappointing and it’s the second time I’ve been disappointed by ikea pillows. Returning it is not an option as he’s out of town now and won’t be home for several months. I’ll be shipping him a new pillow this week. This was such a waste of money.1

Just ok TammyI decided to wash it before use as it didn’t come in sealed plastic. The pillow soaked up soooooo much water in the washer but it wouldn’t spin out so I had to hand squeeze all of the water out. It was like when a plastic bag holds water. Eventually it dried but I find it’s a little too “fluffy” for me. I’m not sure if that’s because of the washing process or if it’s just a fluffier pillow. The one on display at the store seemed flatter and I like flatter soft pillows. The rating is because of how annoying it is to wash. 3

How to care for your polyester pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your polyester pillow and keep it feeling and looking fresh. Use a mild detergent and set your washer on a delicate cycle at 60°C – a temperature that eliminates dust mites. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners. Polyester pillows can be either air-dried or tumble-dried according to the care instructions. In between washes, air your pillow regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
