I find it valuable to have nightstands with open backs so I can run cords easily. One thing I'd improve is the sturdiness of it.4
        Modern and cuteLidiahThis turned out good. The one in the store was pretty beat up so I was happily surprised that this looks as good as it does. Definitely have to be careful about the top getting dinged up, being white and cheap material. The white metal is actually just what I was looking for. It was easy to put together. Everything is expensive these days, but comparatively this is an affordable option without sacrificing anesthetic.4

The directions are confusing because the edges of the shelf parts are similar it is easy to not assemble it correctly. IKEA should invest in stickers to put on the shelves to show which part is attached where.4

The pictoral instructions don't add clarity and the instructions direct you to flip back and forth between steps, not exaggerating. It looks nice but unless you're willing to shell out $45 for task rabbit to tell you how to assemble, get a better night stand 1
