    Buttom already splitting and rustingMatthewIt's not dishwasher safe as described, or made to last. After three months of using it maybe once a week, the coating is splitting at the seam where the upper larger bowl meets the lower stand, and is rusting. Flip yours over and see for yourself.1

    I've had this colander for years. It continues to perform well and look good doing it! I use it for straining, of course, but also to store washed grapes in the fridge as a sort of berry bowl. It's cute and functional. Would buy again.
