The best cutting knife for the money!JimThis is the knife that I have been waiting for. An inexpensive general purpose prep knife that is sharp, light, and most importantly “thin”! Most knives are thick and have a very sharply tapered edge which makes them difficult to use because of the force needed to push them down to cut. This knife is thin and strong which allows for effortless cutting. This feature is always found in very expensive knives but not on knives that are less than $5. This is a true breakthrough price. My only critique is that the handle could have been a little thicker, but for $5, I could live it. This is truly an amazing purchase for the price. I’m going to buy a couple more to have on hand in case something happens to the one I just bought.

The knifes are extremely sharp ...sharper than some of the more expensive knife brands I have purchased in the past from other retailers. Only suggestion would be to make the handle of the paring knife a little longer for a better grip. Highly recommend this little set!
