Not a great productAnonymousFirst, the 7-foot length is a poor choice. Don't know if this is to accommodate transporting this product inside a small vehicle, but even 2 x 4 wood studs are 8-foot long as a standard. Suggest you adopt 8-foot minimum or even 10- or 12-footers. Although joiners are supplied, they're not an ideal solution. Second, the 4-1/2 inch width is an even a worse choice. If you installed base cabinets with less than that in clearance to the floor, you have to trim each piece. (Use a table saw, not the suggested hand saw). If you installed base cabinets greater than that in clearance, you're screwed. Albeit, you'd have to get on all fours to notice the resulting gap just under the cabinet, the aim is no gap at all. Suggest you adopt a 6-inch wide product since few DIY'rs can achieve a consistent 4-1/2 spacing off the floor. Finally, the fitting of this product to the side of a base cabinet is a joke. If you use the plastic SEKTION cabinet legs and install them according to their instructions, you have a small tab at the top of the leg that's not plumb with the ring at the base of the leg. This results in the end piece being out of plumb when the clips are snapped on to the legs. I had to use a filler piece at the ring level to make the end piece look right. All in all, this product will do the trick if you look at it from a distance. But if you get up close or get on all fours, it looks somewhat amateurish. I'll be replacing this with custom-fitted toe kicks later.
