Good looking but only one leg can sit on a studAnonymous reviewerI had to return this shelf as the lendth does not fit the studs behind the drywall - usually 16"/40 CM in between studs in Canada, which means this 1m long shelf can only have one leg fixed on a stud and the other leg will be on drywall and will NOT be able to hold any weight. But If they fix this problem, most likely I will buy again. 2

Awesome Shelf...But you'll want wall screw kitJonathanthe shelf is great! good mix of industrial look and wood, perfect for my son's room. easy to assemble and hang. That said, our box didn't include any drywall screws or plugs. had to use ones we had on hand. Probably should buy the special kit Ikea also sells4
Easy assembly but tricky mountingAnonymous reviewerThe shelves are quick and easy to assemble, and they look pretty much as pictured. The wood feels very light and fake up close though. We had to double-check the website to make sure it was solid wood. The finish also scratches very easily. We might eventually replace the provided planks with nicer ones from a wood shop. The most problematic part is the mounting. Because the brackets are at a fixed distance, it's impossible to attach both ends to studs. We had to mount one end with drywall anchors, so in the end the shelves won't be able to carry as much weight as we were hoping.3
