Just a great kitchen spoon which is now my favoriteRuthIt’s not easy finding a great kitchen spoon. Most of them are ladles, but I didn’t need a ladle. I needed a good, wide spoon, the finmat, and this spoon fits the bill perfectly. I appreciate the fact that it’s metal and not plastic. The spoon is great for serving food, but it is also excellent at removing and skimming fats from soups, stews and chowder. It has a nice weight to it and it is well-made. No rough or scratchy edges to it at all. It is now my favorite kitchen spoon.
