The holes in the spatula stop a vacuum from building, so it can slide under the food in the frying pan without getting stuck.
Thanks to the length of the handle, you can grip it in different ways.
The spatula has a hole in the handle so you can hang it on a hook in the kitchen.

Great
Works really well with my stainless steel pans. It's much better than the plastic ones that are a little thicker. This is great for getting under eggs without folding them over. Great price, very nice quality, well made, thanks.
