Great plant but the product sticker destroyed the potBrentLove the ficus and the pot. Unfortunately when I tried to remove the Ikea sticker, the paint on the pot was totally destroyed and came off with the sticker. This happened on both a white and black pot. Sadly, now I need to look for 2 new pots for these plants.1

Leaves FallingRimI bought this plant from IKEA and it looked great at first, but after 2 days, all the leaves starts dropping and the roots turned mushy and black. It clearly had root rot and didn’t survive, which was really disappointing. Tried to help her by repotting but it was too late 1
Beautiful plant, difficult to maintain EmmieThis is a gorgeous plant, but if you don't have a green thumb, you will find it loses leaves. 3

Beautiful plant!SusanWe love this beautiful addition to our household! Its unusual shape is very interesting and adds a much needed pop of greenery. It is very easy to care for needing indirect light (ours gets it from a north facing window) and also needs just a little bit of water once a week.5

What are ceramics?

For thousands of years, humans have used ceramic objects for cooking and serving, and it’s easy to see why. Ceramics are heat-resistant and durable, and don’t react chemically when in contact with various foods. The base material is different types of clay that are formed into objects and oven-burned. At IKEA, we mostly use ceramics for plant pots, porcelain and sinks – and since it can be glazed to any colour and shine, the possibilities of styles and looks are endless.
