Too large and elastic's only decorative at this pointDoraI used to love IKEA bedding. However, in recent times/years all the fitted sheets are 6"+ inches too long, 6"+ inches too wide plus the elastic is sewn in in such a way that it won't fit snug around mattress anymore just hangs out as if there wasn't elastic at all. I understand there's a percentage calculated in for shrinkage, but how this was created is unacceptable!!! For someone who buys almost EVERYTHING from IKEA this was a no brainer, but unfortunately, this is where I stop buying them! Designers/manufacturers: please consider making them in the size for the mattress not 6"+ longer and wider. Also, the elastic is supposed to be there to fit snugly on the IKEA mattresses, not hanging down around the bed. It's atrocious, and unusable this way!1

Does the jobChristinaDecent cotton sheet at a great price. It’s a bit on the rougher side but I use it under my regular sheets on top of the mattress protector to absorb extra sweat and keep my bed nice and fresh. It’s breathable since it’s cotton and washes well.5

What is cotton?
