Sticker on wrong endDaveI love the look of the cabinets, but I installed the door fronts on the drawers as instructed with the sticker on the bottom on the inside and drilled the holes for my handles on the top. BUT... the sticker has been put on the top instead of the bottom on two of my fronts. Now I have handles on the bottom of two of my drawers. Going IKEA makes it right and sends me two new ones. Double check before you drill holes for handles. They were manufactured on January 23rd 2025 for your information.3

Enkoping was an Excellent ChoiceBrendaReally pleased with our kitchen cabinets. The kitchen planner was easy to use and after we were done it was checked by a planner. The planners have a thought on a few items that doesn't really present itself online, so the final purchase should be checked (we had to do this by phone, as we live remotely). The finish looks really professional and we couldn't be more pleased. Take time and read the directions, especially on the 3 drawer units LOL! We wouldn't hesitate buying Ikea kitchens again...but not for awhile! Time to enjoy :)5

What are foil and laminate?

Some wood materials need protection with a durable and easy-care foil or laminate surface. The choice depends on the end use and desired finish. We often use paper foil for storage furniture, while plastic foil suits demanding areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Today, the plastic we use is mostly recycled and our goal is to use plastic from renewable sources. Laminate is made of resin-impregnated paper, which adds a durable and moisture-resistant surface for countertops.
