Overall pretty goodAnthonyOverall pretty good but I personally think it will be better if the rack is a bit closer to the ground. Right not I find it too high.
Laundry basketPatriciaThis is a great laundry basket with the wheels however the basket is material is not washable. When it gets wet it leaves marks....over time the basket looks dirty. You cannot machine wash it, you have to spot wash and dry with a dry cloth. Why make it beige should of been a dark color or a machine washable. For the price its not that great!
Great basketDebraGreat basket. I love its small size. Only thing is that the separator is not attached at the bottom so you whites and darks migrate to the other side.
Assembly instructions not clear Anonymous reviewerSimilar to others here, even with very careful review of the instructions, I ended up hammering in the legs on the wrong side and they are impossible to remove and start over. What a waste.

Like a few others in the reviews, I ruined it during the assembly because of unclear instructions :( DominiqueI REALLY want to give this 5 stars as it is beautiful, spacious and exactly what I need. However, the drawings in the instructions were unclear and even though I triple checks before starting, I still ended up putting the wrong metal parts on one end. Normally, you just start over, but the metal wheel supports need to be hammered in, which I had done. I tried everything and cannot pull them out, so this quite expansive hamper is now completely useless. I tried it with the basket attached on the wrong side and it just awkwardly floats and I lose vertical storage space. I'm so sad because if I don't find someone willing to take an awkward looking basket, this will be environmental waste (as well as a money waste for me). I would like to repurchase but will need to wait because the price is steep. Please make the instructions crystal clear, I'm super sad about ruining it because I couldn't distinguish the drawings despite taking my time to avoid this exact error :(

It has plastic wheels - we have a similar ikea one from a few years ago with metal wheels. That one was much higher quality as a result.
AND, I went into ikea to by the Enhet with a black frame, but they didn’t have any at the time so I had no choice but to get the white one.

It’s okBrendaI had purchased a similar one at IKEA with only one opening. After a few year one side of the metal frame broke and no replacement was available. This new one seems a little less strong? I hope not because they are guaranteeing for 10 years. I guess time will tell. It’s a lot more expensive too that the prior one.
