We put this in our kitchen for a workstation and it is perfect! Great size and we put our toaster oven on the second shelf to free up more counterspace. Very solid and nice sturdy shelves. Highly recommend.

Didn't actually bolt them down, and they are sturdy. Great space utilization, just know that you need to cut the top (sold separately as 72'') into 48'' long to fit this base.
