Disappointing and frustratingAndrewQuality of drilled holes etc was poor making the twist lock fasteners nearly unusable, especially with your hand crammed into a small space as required by the instructions. Securing the drawer rails to the drawer was almost impossible and only achieved by heroic strength and blatant misuse of tools! Overall assembled product is very heavy and would require very substantial mounting hardware. All the pictures show this with mounting brackets, but none were supplied.2
Nice quality but poor installationDawnThe shelf looks really nice and is a quality build, but as others have said, mounting is extremely difficult. The brackets do not come with the screws, and the mounting needs to be precise. Getting it flush with the wall for a solid installation is near impossible. Definitely a risk of coming off the wall, as we experienced 6 months after installation.3
