Quickly disintegrates to create microplastic AnonymousThe inner cushion covering disintegrates and breaks into tiny pieces within a couple of years - which means you can’t take the zip cover off to wash it any more. These cushions are costly and don’t live up to IKEA’s sustainability commitments but instead create microplastic particles. Please put them in a cover that will last without creating a polluting mess.1

What is foam?
