Ratings and reviews

Steel legsJohnThe steel legs for the oven cabinet are excellent, holding a considerable weight. I was missing the proper positioning of the legs; the instruction did not elaborate on this. I think it is too important5
Need to order clips if installing toe kick on these legsLeslieThese legs are way more sturdy than the plastic ones, but they DO NOT come with a clip to attach a toe kick.2
Outstanding metal legsGregI've used these metal legs on 2 different cabinets and the usual plastic ones on 6 different cabinets. The metal are far easier to work with and to stand up the cabinet afterwards. Setting the standard bar at a top level. Wouldn't use the plastic ones again.5
They hold the cabinet off the floor!RonOk5
Great legs for mobile kitchen island 300+ lbsAnonymous reviewerI used 6 CAPITA legs in addition to 4 x 4 inch caster wheels on a 300+ lbs 39"x51" Ikea Kitchen Island. I added a sheet of Ikea shelf liner under each CAPITA foot to provide more traction on kitchen hardwood flooring. If Ikea can re-design the CAPITA leg height adjustment to more than 1.0 inches (to 1.5 inches) it would be even better b/c in my application, I use the full height of the 26x36 inch side panel and cut the 36x96 back panel to length. Overall height of the Kitchen island is ~37-3/4 inches with a 1.5" thick butcher block top5

For my islandMarkthe perfect legs for an island.5
Ajustable furniture LegsYvonneI have bought two different sets of these legs, they’re wonderful. My only suggestion is that they should come in two more variety of lengths, so people have a choice according to what is needed for the project. For my project I could’ve used something a little bit longer, but I made it work. It’s a wonderful concept, and very affordable.4
LegsAnonymous reviewerFor the Kalkax shelving. Makes it look like furniture5
Perfect quality, look and priceAnonymous reviewerI often buy these legs to finish off a repurpose project. In this case, I turned a kitchen vertical into gym equipment store-it-all. Great product and quality. The price is awesome too5
They're not just for kitchen cabinets.AnonymousI bought these to install on a credenza that sat on the floor. I like the unit much better now that it is raised off the floor. These legs were perfect.5
Plastic legs are not helpfulAnonymous reviewerBought these for cabinets .. broke immediately1
Monitor standAnonymousI bought 2 sets of 4 or these so I can make my own 5 foot long double monitor stand for my studio desk. It's exactly What you need and they look amazing with the white shelf. Recommended!5
Cabinet feetAnonymous reviewerPurchased to install on new cabinets and to leave them exposed. Not good quality.2
TimPut these on the newer version of the Kallax shelf. Was appreciated to have a shorter version.5
Bought for Horda wineshelf & screws ruined cabinetAnonymous reviewerScrews that came with the product were too long and went through the wood into the actual cabinet ruining the bottom level of the cabinet. Purchased these legs because it was listed as going with the cabinet. The legs are fine but they should come with the proper sized screws or at list list the instructions that different ones are needed for different cabinets.2
Furniture HackAnonymousHad an old cabinet which I wanted to repurpose, purchased he Capita legs to give more height. Looks fantastic!5
perfect adjustable legsAnonymousI recently had the basement renovated and used all IKEA products. They fit better then i expected and all my furniture look great. I had some of my older furniture with different legs I replace them with the IKEA CAPITA legs and they look way better then before and match my other newer furniture. Happy renovations, Anna5

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing things – without losing its valuable properties.
