Wall fasteners/screws missingIsmatPurchased this shoe cabinet, putting it together was okay but it HAS to be wall mounted. After putting everything together we realised the wall mounting screws were not provided. It makes it very inconvenient and raises safety concerns. With children around in the house had i known this before would not have purchased it.
Too smallAThe cabinet looks really nice; however, adult shoes don’t fit inside. My husband’s shoes simply can’t fit, the doors won’t even close. It’s fine if your shoe size is up to about a 7, but anything bigger, forget it.

I am not happy with itQiangIt is very wobbly left to the right. I believe that unless you pin it to the wall it won’t last long. Those side sharp screws easily cracked all boards of the drawers. Therefore not a great design either.
BRUSALI :)MaureenI really like the design and an easy solution to hallway/room clutter. Looks nice in my small space and lends to the length of my faux hallway! I put a liner using the Parkla storage case, just to keep things!?! clean and neat. Helps my OCD lol~ Thanx IKEA :)

Design flawAnonymous reviewerThere are some serious design flaw with this product. It comes with only half of the base which enforce to mount with the wall. Funny thing is that they didn't provide anything to mount. It's unstable and raise safety concern.
Don’t buy it!Ani1) Fixing it to the wall is not optional — it's essential for safety, especially if there are children or pets in the home.
2) The wall fasteners are not included
3) The lower part of the cabinet has a cut-out at the back for baseboards, but this cutout is not shown in the size diagrams on the product page.
4) The product page says it holds 15 pairs. But if you are two adults, it will hold a maximum of 12 pairs of shoes no larger than men's size 9 (excluding boots or high heels). With larger shoe sizes, you can’t place them on the second row — the compartment simply won’t close.
5) It’s very difficult to open and close the cabinet. It’s not just a slight pressure — you need to use significant force, which is extremely inconvenient.

Possibly the worst purchase ever JovanaI generally don't leave reviews because most products I'm very satisfied with but this was the worst purchase ever and I mean ever. The instructions were very misleading and difficult to understand. Putting the drawers in after with the screws was another mission to accomplish. This product should be pulled from the shelves and used as firewood to warm the homeless. If you would like to keep your sanity and mental health in check I strongly suggest you just look for something similar on TEMU. Yes it's probably plastic but you can sleep at night knowing it won't fall apart the moment you walk away.
Save your money and buy something else !!!!

❤️Lori-AnnWas going to buy a tall narrow dresser for the space but then saw this. Love it. Fits so many shoes which is great so they are not disorganized in the bottom of my closet. With the little extra shelf it makes it look more decorative than just a shoe cabinet.

Product is defectiveRaymundAfter fully installing the shoe storage, it looked amazing in our small, condo foyer. I have 2 kids so having close to zero clutter in the foyer is the goal. After a few weeks of use, the side screws holding the drawer door came off from the side panel. Then another one from the second shelf came off. The screws I believe are too short for the amount of open and close usage. Unfortunately had to return it and will look for another model.
