BRUGDHAJ oil/vinegar bottle is both practical and decorative food storage in stoneware with a glazed surface. Nice to have on a shelf or on the kitchen countertop.

A small cover on the spout protects the contents so the liquid stays fresh ─ and it opens automatically when you pour.

Silicone sealing makes the lid fit tight and keeps it securely in place.

Matches perfectly with the GLADELIG series.

Disappointing designJenniferThe lid leaked around the stopper the first time I used it, and when I went to gently dab the spilled oil off the lid...it fell straight down into the bottle. It's a really silly design that the entire lid is the exact width of the opening, if the metal part was larger then it wouldn't be possible to fall in, but clearly the stopper itself needs to be better too1

A great addition to my kitchenNatalieI have been looking for a simple, *affordable*, attractive, opaque cruet for a few years now - this fit the bill perfectly. My cooking is 99% oil-free, so a small bottle was preferred. I love that it has a metal spout with a flip-top that WORKS PROPERLY when poured (I’ve experienced similar kitchen bottles/gadgets that are faulty), and that the cork stopper is both a sturdy fit & easy to remove for refilling. It’s a lovely neutral colour, a perfect compliment for most kitchen styles, & the glazed stoneware material is timeless. Easy to clean, as well. The only reason it’s a 4/5 is because of country of origin - too many kitchen items from the PRC are being offered now; I worry about food safety & long-term quality because of this.4

"The inspiration for the BRUGDHAJ series comes from traditional mustard jars and other rustic stoneware with a glazed surface. My idea is that it serves as practical everyday food storage, suitable for everything from dry goods and spices to sauces and utensils. The crafted look has a tactile feel with a mix of matte and glossy finishes. I hope many find it so decorative that they keep it on display on the kitchen counter or put it on the dining table for a nice table setting."
