It is such a value. ( I hate to say this as the price might go way up) But it rivals the looks of the name brands sold at triple the price. This stainless doesn't look cheap, and the screwed assembly makes for a strong sturdy shelf. Mount assembled but slightly loose assembly to wall position. Secure to wall . Then level your shelf and tighten all the screws. Just snug and then a little more. Don't want to strip them. Much easier to re-tighten. Follow this and the shelf will self align itself to uneven wall. Makes for a strong sturdy mountes shelf. As opposed to shelves with poor welded joints that cause them to sag or snap. This Towel shelf paired with the matching Brogrund hooks and two towel rack makes my newly renovated Bathroom look like a Showcase Bathroom.

Unstable and hard to installJeanineWe've installed this at least 17 times in our bathroom with different strength wall anchors to no prevail. DO NOT try and hang with the equipment you can buy from here. You'll drill more holes in your wall than if you were installing a window. It never seems to want to hold anything more than a single q-tip before flopping down to create a leaning shelf of metal rods. 3/10 would not hang again.

Harmony in the bathroom, one detail at a time
The bathroom is a vital part of the home, but it is often small, cluttered and improvised. Okan Demirci, one of our product developers, knows this first-hand. So when starting working on VOXNAN and BROGRUND bathroom accessories, his aim was to help make bathroom life a little easier. The difficult part was to find common needs among different people. That’s where Okan’s many colleagues came in handy.
Several of them were invited to a workshop. They all had different homes and life situations. Some were Swedes who lived in houses in the woods. Others were from Italy and France. Some lived alone, and others with a partner or children.
Working together to find common bathroom needs
Designing little details that make life better
Two designers worked together to solve the challenges identified in the workshop. Take the clutter from lack of space to hang things. Our towel holders already save space with swiveling bars, but they added bars that extend for more tidiness. And what about shared bathrooms? VOXNAN and BROGRUND have styles you can mix and match so everyone’s happy. The accessories have identical wall brackets, too, so if your style or needs change, you can easily swap things without making new holes. ”It’s not a revolution,” Okan says. “It’s just the little details that can help people turn their bathroom chaos into harmony.”

What is stainless steel?
Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing things – without losing its valuable properties.
