We recommend a TV bench to be a bit wider than the TV placed on it. This TV bench suits a TV up to 45 inches. You can choose a larger TV if it’s not heavier than the specified max load for the bench’s top.

The top panel of the TV bench is intended for a TV with a maximum weight of 20 kg.

Could have been perfectHélèneFrighteningly cheap at first glance, but seems solid once assembled. Not good if not against a wall as the back panel is finished (black) on only one side and there's a giant sticker on the unfinished side that strips the finish when you try to remove it!!! Really, IKEA?! I couldn't get extra panels (it comes in two parts) to make both sides presentable. Also, it's a dust grabber. It would be awesome if IKEA made glass tops to put over their furniture. A black mat finish may look modern but it's not practical. I considered adding a brown walnut top panel, but it's half an inch short, again, really, IKEA?! It would be ideal if furniture sizes were planned so that these top panels could fit on more than one model.3
