Very nice unit but the doors don't align properlyVivianThe unit was very easy to assemble. I would have provide a higher rating if the doors would align so that there isn't a gap when the doors close. I have tried to resolve the issue by contacting Ikea Chat. Not successful. I was then forwarded to a staff member, "Jiya". A simple question cannot be answered without providing order number, name, phone number, email, postal code. Why does all this information need to be answered before a solution is provided? Very odd. I can't be the only person who is having/has had issues with the installation of the Oxberg doors so that there isn't a gap. I've been informed by "Jiya" that without providing the personal information, I can't be provided any assistance. Again, very odd. If anyone can provide a solution, I'd greatly appreciate it!3
