Space saving deskKimI picked up this desk to attach to the short version of the billy bookcase (and added the drawer to the bookcase as well). It is great, being able to pull it out to use with my monitor but also tuck it in a bit to leave clearance for movement around is fantastic. The desk top is 24 inches total, so it does NOT sit flush with the bookcase when it is slid in. It sticks out about 13.5 inches. Overall very pleased with this desk.5

The Billy desk is absolutely perfect for the small room /tight space we needed a desk solution for. That you can pull it out or leave it slightly tucked away with still adequate desk space is a great idea. Works for us!!!
