Don’t buy this PareshbhaiYou can never set doors as perfect as shown in the picture. This is nota easy task , you should add 60$ extra to install this table otherwise it will not looks good.
It’s not a DIY project
What a DisappointmentGarthI bought this a few months ago and finally got around to assembling and hanging it today. I have an Ikea kitchen and have had many products over the years. Assembly was OK, but the instructions are vague on how to hang. It assumes you have placed backing in the wall since there is no mention of studs or drywall anchors; & the spacing for the hangers are not 16" on centre? Huh?
Now the unit itself, probably the worst designed Ikea product I have seen. You'd think they would know that maybe someone would hang this over an electrical outlet in which you'd plug in your television and other components that accompany your entertainment space; AND that maybe that outlet would be not be centred, but if that is the case, you have to either not install the backing, or cut a hole in it. Then you cannot run the power cables from the side to the centre where all the cables leave the unit. Long story short, I had to get my jigsaw to accommodate for outlet covers, drill holes for cables. Boo Ikea.
Perfect additionJeffFirst off, IKEA, these are the worst set of instructions ever. The door hinges are adjustable and there is no mention of this in your instructions.
Tip install shelves before putting on the doors as it will reinforce the structure.
Note: you need to adjust the doors so they line up perfect. You can adjust the hinges left, right, in/out, up/down.
Overall very happy with the look. Matches my decor with style!
Besta Stand Nice but Doors Do Not AlignAllanThe doors do not align. You will read many reviews about this and I was also affected. There appears to be a design flaw with the doors if it affects so many people. Even after studying the instructions and watching YouTube videos, I was unable to get the doors to align.
The Besta TV stand itself is nice. It was straightforward to build. I like all the holes at the back which helps with cable management. The stand looks good and is functional.
If I only built the TV stand with shelves and legs, I would have given it 5 stars. However, I need the doors to hide items inside the stand. The doors are a huge disappointment for an otherwise great TV stand.

Doors will not be aligned. Alignment screws are fragile.ParsaLike the other reviews have pointed out, the doors will not be aligned.
There are little to no instructions regarding the adjustment screws to align the doors. You will be forced to spend significant time playing with the adjustment screws. Additionally, the adjustment screw for left and right movement, stripped its hole very quickly and will no longer move. Note that these are not screws that the user screws in, they are existing in the metal hinge and used for adjustment.
What are we supposed to do now? Return the whole thing?

Besta does not wall mountAnonymous reviewerThe pictures clearly show this unit being wall mounted. There are 4 galvanized right angle brackets, one on each vertical board, but they are not spaced for wall studs. The instructions have you just drill screws into the wall wherever the brackets line up. The Besta suspension rail IS NOT RECOMMENDED for this product. The official recommendation is to go to a hardware store and figure it out yourself. This kind of tomfoolery is not what I expect from Ikea.
Flimsy and Doors Don't Align EdwardBought this Besta TV Stand and just wasted 3hrs building it and trying to figure our why the stand does not feel sturdy and quite flimsy. Also, the front door doesn't align properly and can never figure out why. So was frustrated and returned it back.
