BESTÅ Storage combination w doors/drawers, white stained oak effect/Lappviken/Stubbarp white stained oak effect, 47 1/4x16 1/2x29 1/8 "
The drawers and doors close silently and softly, thanks to the integrated soft-closing function.
Adjustable hinges allow you to adjust the door horizontally and vertically.
The shelves are adjustable so you can customize your storage as needed.
Two drawers make it easy to keep your belongings organized. The shelves behind the doors give you even more storage space.
If you choose the soft closing function for your BESTÅ, we recommend complementing the fronts with knobs/handles to make the drawers/cabinets more convenient to open.

Cheap Product, Horrible Customer ServiceSaeif Ahmed
Very disappointed with both IKEA’s product quality and customer service. My cabinets arrived with chipped particleboard, damaged pre-drilled holes, torn edges, broken plastic fittings, and poorly finished joints. Even with plenty of handyman and furniture assembly experience, getting the doors properly aligned has been nearly impossible despite repeated adjustments.
The customer service experience made things worse. I contacted IKEA through online chat, explained the issues, and shared photos. The representative told me to email IKEA with all the details, so I did. After waiting for a month for a response, I found out from IKEA’s own website that they apparently do not reply to customer service emails.
It’s frustrating when IKEA’s own representatives give instructions that contradict their website. I wasn’t even asking for compensation, I simply wanted answers and a reasonable resolution. Very disappointing experience overall.
Design ImprovementDenisThis product looked great . . . at first.
There needs to be an additional leg in the middle to minimize sagging in the center of the unit. This problem becomes very apparent after a few months.
Do not recommend. KaceyFor the price I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product. The instructions are the worst I’ve ever seen. Once you get over that fact the product does look nice but since the cabinet doors are longer horizontal than vertical which causes them to have a slight sag. I couldn’t get them level without affecting how the doors would close. I told my wife she should return it but she’s happy with it.
If you can get over the horrible instructions or find a YouTube video it’s decent, but I wouldn’t recommend at this price. Should be no more than $200 if that.
Poor quality and complicated assemblyMythriThe quality of the material is poor. The drawers and the doors alignment are terrible. I would not recommed this product.
Meh, OK but pricy for the quality and assembly instructions are horrible. FionaRecently purchased this item with the drawers. While the unit is aesthetically pleasing, the quality doesn’t reflect the price. The drawers and doors don’t align up and it’s noticeable. While assembling, getting the main part of the unit together was fine but that was where things got incredibly frustrating. When trying to put the front panel on the drawers I had to contact support and they sent me a different set of instructions than what came with the unit. Then it all came to a complete halt when trying to figure out how to attach the metal mechanisms for sliding the drawers. The instructions are just so, so bad, I hired my construction guy to finish the job. He also said the instructions were incredibly poor. If you are buying this unit, I recommend staying away from model with the drawers and just get the one with doors. I would not buy this unit again.
Wobbly and complicated DanielSuper wobbly, drawers hard to adjust, quality does not reflect the price.
Great product, exactly what i was looking forAnonymous reviewerIt was difficult to find a piece of furniture that could do all i wanted : hold toys, have drawers and vinyls. Good depth, good quality. Satisfied
Hard to assembleMariaBecause the material pieces don’t come together, assembly was quite confusing. The drawers were not aligned. Hard to reach the back screws to lock them.
TerribleAnonymous reviewerWhen did IKEA start making such junk? Don't bother trying the drawers, if you need one of these just stick to the plain doors, they can't screw them up too badly
