Great Pillow but cases that fit appropriately are not availableTanyaThis pillow is amazing, it is supportive yet soft, it gives where you need it to and it fluffs up like new after sleeping. I recommend airing daily. I did purchase the cover, ÄNGSKORN and those have a generous fit to protect the pillow. Grateful for the protection but it still needs a pillow case. Ikea needs to address this elephant in the room with the issue of their cases not fitting fuller pillows. I have to order 23x43 pillowcases from another store on the web or else the pillow becomes a sausage in a tight casing and doesn't give when sleeping on them. I am hopeful Ikea will make cases to fit these in the future. Great pillow.5

stinks after washingJuliasuper upset. they were my favourite pillows but my daughter threw up on them at night. i followed the washing instructions carefully and now they smell permanently like a wet dog. what a waste and disappointed in the quality as well as unhelpful instructions for cleaning…they should be washed at all if it activates this stink. i can’t use them anymore…1
Very Poor SupportElinaI’m usually a big fan of IKEA products, but unfortunately this pillow was a big disappointment. The filling shifts completely to the sides as soon as you lie down, leaving your head with almost no support and basically resting on the mattress. Even after fluffing it up, the pillow feels full at first, but the moment you put your head on it, the filling spreads out again. It does not hold its shape and provides no proper neck or head support. Sleeping on it is very uncomfortable.1

Deliciously deep and softKimberleyA very substantial pillow; deep and sensuously soft, but filled enough that it will not go flat during the night. This is quite a warm pillow; a second pillowcase is recommended. I am particularly pleased that it does not leak feathers; the encasement is perfectly secure. Would buy again, worth the cost.5

How to care for your down/feather pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your down/feather pillow and keep it fresh. The filling has a natural smell which can be reduced by airing or washing. Wash the pillow separately with a mild detergent (1/3 of the normal amount) on delicate cycle at 60°C. Avoid bleach/fabric softeners. Tumble dry immediately on low heat. A dryer ball or a high-quality tennis ball in the dryer make drying mor efficient. Air your pillow regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
