Solid stool, pretty to look at, required adjustmentRobertaI bought this stool for two reasons. First, my cat loves to sit on top a 2x2 Killax with legs in front of a window - this provides a step up. Second, our cleaner is quite short. I have had to loosen the stool twice before we could get it to sit level. This is because there is enough movement in the pieces when building that you can have them askew easily. Build it loosely, have weights put on the top step, then tighten to final set.
Given we have the capacity for precision cutting, I think this is an area that could be addressed in manufacturing but ultimately the build quality was my own responsibility.
Now, well balanced, the stool is used often and is quite safe.

Sturdy and AttractiveLisaThe white colour blends well with white walls and doors so as to be unobtrusive. Lightweight but sturdy. Fairly easy to assemble. Doesn’t fold-up but it is attractive and can double as a small table or plant stand.

Nice but too tall for kidsSarahwas hoping this would work in our bathroom for the kiddos but it is too tall, they have to lean down which then makes the stool slide out, i am going to try and cut it down and add grippy feet.
Had difficulty putting it togetherMarieI like the stool for my kitchen. However, a couple of the screws did not line up properly and made kit difficult to put together properly.

Amazing stoolLikaI will say this stool has been a fantastic addition to our bathroom. We use it for everything from putting our phones on it while we’re in the bath to using it like a squatty potty is extremely sturdy and not hard to put together. I love that it’s solid wood And such a budget option. It’s like the perfect height at both levels. Children can also use it to get onto the toilet. We even have people asking where we got it and if they can get the same one 10 out of 10.
