10+ Yrs. Fabulous. Love this light fixture.ToddInstalled better than 10 years ago and it's been a great light, rarely needs bulbs changed, works well with dimmer. I want to buy 5 more of these but Ikea no longer sells the "brushed nickel" colour and the brass look doesn't work for me. A few other countries still have the brushed nickel. My only complaint is that Ikea discontinues products I really like before I have the chance to buy that product again; Sultan mattress, Haugesund mattress, Rolleka pillow, plaid duvet covers, and now this light fixture in "brushed nickel". Weird complaint maybe; like these products so-much that my complaint is that Ikea stops producing and selling products that I'd really like to replace with same but can't.5

Does not mount flush with the ceilingJoyceThis light fixture is impossible mount flush with the ceiling. The way the holes are drilled on the metal parts means it will always hang and wobble a little below the ceiling. If you look up photos of this fixture online you'll see the gap on multiple installations.1
