Do not buy! 1/2 only lasted one year and warrantee is shortMarcedesWe bought two of these chairs. Both used by children under 100lbs. After 1 year one of them now makes a grinding noise with each rotation and IKEA won't help at all as the warrantee is only 3 months which is unacceptable for such an expensive chair. So I'm left with one grinding chair for $260.... And no support. Super frustrating.1

Love, this chair, so comfortable, swingable and really nice to look at. Takes up little room & the see-through back disappears in our small rooms, so it seems to take up little space while giving us a useful additionn to our seating.

They look amazing, but most of all they are soooo comfortable! Heavy, so have them where you can just swivel out of your seat.
