Nice quality, simple assemblyAllanThe wall mounting is a bit hit/miss, as the holes for screws are spaced ~1.5 to 2" apart. So if your studs line up between two holes, you'll need to toe nail with a 3" screw for a decent hold. Perhaps if ikea provided drywall anchors suited for the expected loads, it would get 5 star. Otherwise, very practical product and happy with our wardrobe.4

Terrible systemBrittanyI have many Ikea systems & furniture in my house, and this is by far the worst. The closet as a whole is so unbelievably flimsy and seems cheap. The offset rods also mean our regular size hangers do not fit well. I wish the clothing rod was centred to the base. Save your money and invest in something better, because the price you pay for this is NOT worth it. Building it was also a pain. Unfortunately for us, returns are hard to do as we are 5 hours away from Ikea, or I would not be keeping it. 1
Poor Quality AllanAs a contractor who has installed at least 20 Ikea kitchens over the years I am disappointed with this product. In an attempt to reduce cost they have went to far and created a product that does not assemble as easily as there kitchens and the main panels that come with this kit are not a solid material but part honeycomb cardboard. The way the kitchen boxes go together is bulletproof. This is far from that. Spend a little more money on something else for your closet because this system won't last.1

Aurdal Closet Organizer with basket storageRiannaLove how you can design it how you want. We wanted to add sliding drawers but they seem to never be in stock. Shipping and/or pick up is very expensive and difficult. The closet organizer itself is big and completely customizable when it comes to the shelves and hanging poles. Love it!5

What are foil and laminate?

Some wood materials need protection with a durable and easy-care foil or laminate surface. The choice depends on the end use and desired finish. We often use paper foil for storage furniture, while plastic foil suits demanding areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Today, the plastic we use is mostly recycled and our goal is to use plastic from renewable sources. Laminate is made of resin-impregnated paper, which adds a durable and moisture-resistant surface for countertops.
