Two of three damagedSarahBought two, one arrived with a manufacturing defect. The veneer had completely peeled off one end. Ikea sent a replacement. The replacement came in a damaged box and had a gouge in it. I used it anyhow because my closet contents had been spread out everywhere for days and I just wanted the project done. Not impressed with the quality control.
If you're building one, be very careful with the leg. If you rest any weight on it while hanging the side panel, the bottom of the panel will crack and it'll be impossible to get the leg to look straight once installed.

Excellent product worked perfectly with PAX closetAkiI needed something to complete the corner of my PAX closet. This worked perfectly.
Legs bentJohn8 of the 9 legs pins came bent. Looks like a manufacturing defect. They still inserted into the panel, but then they stand crooked. Called customer service and spent an hour on the phone with agent JIYA who told me no pick up or delivery slots were available and call back another day. Asked to speak to a supervisor and JIYA told me one would call, but no one did. I did not receive the call transcription or any follow up. All my units are now standing on crooked legs and I’m posting photos online to warn people about IKEA.

Quite unstablePhilipThe support legs on this closet system are designed super poorly, leading to the closet being skewed to one side, leaning and unstable. If the legs were extended to the back, it would offer a lot more stability with a very minor loss in storage space under the system itself.
