Poor serviceThejusI got the item from As-IS. So i understand that its normal to have some scuffs and visual defects.
I asked for the box to be opened so that i can check for defects but the rude Indian lady working there said no. I was denied saying "We have checked it and there are no defects", only to go home and find the entire lamp shade broken.
I returned the item but i had to come back again to the store, wasted a lot of money.1
