Poor Customer ServiceJasonMy family and I drove 4 hours round trip to Dartmouth to purchase this item. Returned home and just as I almost finished assembling it, discover the fourth leg was cut and drilled incorrectly. After an hour on customer service showing pictures and proof of purchase. They refused to courier a new leg so we could complete the assembly.
I’m now required to disassemble the table, drive another 2 hours to return it, and in their words, “hope they have a replacement table in stock”. Really disappointed in IKEA on this one.

Beautiful dining table and chairs
Honestly fell in love with this dining table and chairs but seen it in person makes it so much beautiful the guy that came to assemble it did amazing job definitely considering getting this u won't regret itAnonymous reviewer, United Kingdom
