On the drawer, it’s also facing downwards to not collect dust and dirt.” Sarah has also designed BACKSJÖN sink with clean lines. It goes perfectly together with ÄNGSJÖN. “It’s made of crushed marble, which can be made slightly thinner and neater than porcelain without losing strength. In addition to achieving a light feel, we managed to reduce the weight of the sink compared to previous models.“

The strange thing is that I used the Ikea bathroom designer but I could not select this vanity with two ÄNGSJÖN 24" sides and a Tolken counter with Rutsjon sink in the middle. I did install these with success.
Great with hacksHayleyAfter reading all the reviews and all the cons we decided to hack the vanity to overcome these issues. We built a matching base to support the weight instead of wall mounting, we use a non Ikea sink and counter tops (from homedepot). While using traditional ABS plumbing we only needed to make a small notch in the top back drawer. We're really happy with how this turned out!
