I wanted it to be perfectSerhiiFirst of all, IKEA did a terrific job keeping the price of its bed frame within the range of most people's budgets. This is our second Songesand bed. The exterior looks fantastic. The only furniture collection from IKEA that features beds that resemble actual stained wood in warm, pleasant colours is Songesand. However, this laminated paper foil is particularly susceptible to scratches. The frame's edges weren't always trimmed straight. The quality of the parts, which used to be much better, made it nearly impossible to disassemble when I accidentally put some panels in the wrong way. When I tried to unscrew some of the cam locks, which were once made of metal but are now made of a composite material that looks like metal, they just came apart inside the panels. The same thing happened to the cam bolts; once I disassembled them, they broke. Finally, avoid spraying anything on IKEA furniture. Even when using a specific furniture spray, it warps.4
