Leaking and IKEA will not honour warrantyTara LynneAs with so many of the other reviews on here, our faucet also is leaking from where the spout joins the hose. We stopped pulling it out to use it (assuming it wouldn't leak and only today realized that the leak has been running backwards along the hose through the faucet and under the sink where it has caused damage to the cabinet and the floor beneath. I called Customer support to ask about how to claim the warranty for a replacement but was told that as I do not have the original receipt (I have everything else - the book which has a date on it and number etc), the warranty cannot be honoured even though it is less than 10 years old and this is a known problem when you see the other reviews here with the same issue. When will IKEA issue a recall for this item that clearly has design flaws that causes it to leak like this or allow for replacements without hassle. It's too bad as it is a nice design visually.

Sufficient for the sink.DonnaI find the water falls from the faucet past the drain, which makes it spray all over, unless you are careful with the water pressure. It can be a problem when company comes over. I feel the pipes and cartridge are lacking in quality.
problem with leak at braided ropeKirstenI purchased the first one in 2019. In 2022 the pullout faucet started squirting water at the connection with the braided hose. Under warranty it was quickly replaced. In 2025 the same problem with leaking. These faucets have a 10 year warranty, therefore the faucet was replaced again. Thank you Ikea for that good warranty.
LeaksMohammedHave had this for a few years, and like others have said, it now leaks from the hose in the pull-out sprout - waste of money, enviornmental waste, and waste of time having to buy a new tap and install it. Buy at your own risk - read reviews for those who have had this more than a few months.

hope your product tech / engineers check your current product, make sure this little accessories, perfect fit to required size and thickness,
do not let small little things ruining whole big product.
Pull out hose leaksBalbinaWe bought a house with newly installed kitchen with this faucet. I was really hoping all the leaking reviews were not as common as they seemed and was extra careful and gentle when using the pull out feature. Alas 7 months seen moving the hose leaks and sprays all over when you turn on the water. I don’t have a receipt for this but it’s definitely waaayyy less than 10 year warranty ikea provides. Such a shame. Buy a different faucet.

Flaw with pull down hose-I am about to replace this faucet for the second time. I didn’t install the first one - but it started leaking last year and I replaced it with the same faucet. At the time, I thought it was just a fluke. Now I’m having to replace it again for the same reason. The pull down hose is leaking again. It sprays water all over when I run water.
The faucet is really stylish & is a great idea but this problem with the hose has to be fixed. It isn’t even possible to just replace the hose. The entire faucet has to be replaced.

Like others, after a couple of years there is a hole in the hose close to the pull down spout so it sprays water all over the place!! Not a great product if it breaks with normal use after a couple of years. I would not recommend buying this faucet.

Leaking hoseTammyIt worked ok for the last couple of years then I had a massive leak under the sink. Found a split in the hose. I contacted Ikea and asked about the warranty but because I cannot find the receipt ( had complete kitchen install!) I was told they have no record of my complete purchase. Looking for a better alternative sadly.
