Wobbles after a yearGraceI would like to point out that I don’t have children so nobody that has used this table has been particularly harsh with it. Guests lean their elbow on it and maybe use it to push themselves out of their seats once they leave the table. Regular use of the table over the last year has caused it to become extremely wobbly. I’m not very happy with how much it has worn from light use. I don’t even eat at the table everyday, it probably gets used about 5 times per week. I won’t recommend this to people who have children, I bet the table would just fall apart after 6 months. Even just wiping the tabletop with a cloth makes it wobble back and forth….3

You have to think for a second how those rotary things work to hold the legs in place, you unscrew them so they put pressure on the legs, holding them in place to the table. Nice Black finish of Lacquered Venere. Use Place mats to protect it.5
Easy AssemblyJohnThe legs go in quickly. You get these pieces of wood with little wheels in them. You tighten the wheels with this little wrench. The table is smooth and sturdy. Excellent value.5

DO NOT BUY THIS TABLEKateWe did not receive the assembly instructions or any screws to attach the legs. I first thought that was how it was supposed to be, because the legs do fit into the table. However, this table is not sturdy at all and the legs constantly fell off. I have since ordered the screws and although the legs no longer fall off, the table is still wobbly and overall poor quality. I have been so unimpressed with the last few Ikea purchases and I can say I will not be purchasing anything else from Ikea as the quality is terrible and it is a waste of money. Do yourself a favour and spend a little bit more to get something of higher quality that is not made by Ikea.1

It's the easiest thing in the world this non-handyman has ever put together. It hasn't a trace of wobble when you try to jiggle it.5

Nice striped tableGerryThis is a great table, easy to put the legs on and feels solid. Be aware however, that the wood can have a great variation in the colour veneer. Ours has a very dark grey veneer stripe about 8-10 inches wide contrasted with very blond wood right down the length. I would attach a photo.3
