Fire hazardGabrielaI found the lamp to be really beautiful and I decided to buy it for my bathroom project. I mistakenly bought the wrong cord that goes with it, but I could install it still. The next day, I noticed the plastic triangle was completely melted around the lamp and the was a role in the lamp itself - the white part.
Despite the fact that I bought the wrong chord, I believe the lamp could have gotten fire due to the heat of the lamp. There was no indication of what kind of lamp I could use.
I learned the hard way to not buy plastic lamp - only glass. Not only I lost the money, I drove 30 minutes to return and dropped it at IKEA, but also, I paid someone to install and could have caught fire in my house.
