Only partial chair receivedTaniaI ordered the orfjall chair as part of a much larger order in which I requested home delivery. The base of the chair is a seperate part and was suddenly cancelled as it was not available. I called customer service and was informed I was not able to cancel the top of the chair without cancelling my entire order. I was shocked that they wouldn't cancel the entire chair if a part was not available. I now have a top of a chair still months after ordering because it is an hour drive to go return it. I looked also to see if I could order just the bottom and that option was not available online.
Worst part of this whole interaction with the order is that I went TO the store initially, and I learned they now don't carry certain products in store anymore so I decided to put everything in an order (after consulting a store representative). The chair was also being sold at a reduced cost at the store and when I went out my order in I saw it was not on sale online.
Rolling KristaThis chair is great but needs some sort of wheel break. When you sit on it, it rolls all over the floor and is hard to keep in one spot
